Course categoryShort Courses

Introduction

This Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) in Healthcare Training Curriculum equips community members, advocates, and healthcare stakeholders with the skills and tools to actively monitor healthcare services. It focuses on accountability, service improvement, and responsiveness to community needs.

The curriculum educates participants on the seven principles of the right to health using the AAAQ model (Availability, Accessibility, Acceptability, and Quality) and explores how these principles ensure equitable and effective healthcare delivery. Special attention is given to marginalized populations, including people living with HIV/AIDS, women, youth, and other key groups.
